Abstract

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. PLN (Persero) Region of North Sumatra. This research consist of one independent variable that is work load, one intervening variable that is mutation, and one dependent variable is productivity. Workload given to employees is very high and every month there are employees who are in mutation by PT. PLN (Persero) Region of North Sumatra. This study aims to determine the workload directly affect positively and significantly to mutations, workload and mutation directly affect positively and significantly to productivity. The sample in this study amounted to 100 employees. The type of data used is primer, analytical methods used are quantitative and statistical using intervening analysis.The results of this study showed that the hypothesis test simultaneously the value of F arithmetic amounted to 3.635> Ftable (3.09) and significant value (0.03) <0.05, thus H0 rejected that the variable Workload and Mutation together have a significant effect to Productivity. partially seen that the value of t arithmetic variable Workload of -2.187 <ttabel (-1.98) with a significant value of 0.031 <0.05, and Mutation variable of 2.630 ttable (1.98) with a significant value of 0.010 <0.05, in this case H0 rejected which means that partially variable Workload and Mutation have a significant effect on Productivity.
